Arugula Sambal


Ingredients:
500g arugula
150g desiccated coconut
1 lime
1 red onion
1/2 tsp Nivartana black pepper
Salt to taste
Preparation:
1. Wash the arugula thoroughly to remove any impurities and dry gently with a kitchen towel.
2. Finely chop the arugula and place in a bowl. Cut the grated coconut and red onion into fine rings or cubes and add them to the bowl as well.
3. Squeeze the juice of the lime and add to the bowl together with the black pepper and salt.
4. Mix everything well so that the aromas are well distributed, and then enjoy immediately.
