4. Add spices: Add the spicy meat seasoning, chili powder, and curry powder. Stir well so they are evenly distributed.

5. Simmer: Pour in the coconut milk and let everything simmer on low heat for 5 minutes, until the carrots are tender.

6. Optional garnish: Chop some fresh parsley or carrot greens and stir them in.

7. Taste and serve: Taste and adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
